A large scale design and manufacturer of engineered valves, pumps, electronics and related products for the commercial nuclear power industry and oil and gas facilities. One of their manufacturing plants produces high performance butterfly valves that now required a lifting solution suitable for a clean room where height was limited.

Met-Track^® was delighted to design, manufacture and install a freestanding floor mounted Met-Track® manual ‘push/pull’ workstation bridge crane with a lifting capacity of 500Kg throughout the clean room where head room was limited.

Following this installation, Met-Track^® was asked to supply and install two Met-Track^® jib cranes with lifting capacities up to 1000Kg. Both had 3m spans and were mounted to the shop floor in 2 work cells.
